Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 28 June 2026 · How cancellations and refunds work

We want the decision to pay for Hibr to feel easy and low-risk. You get a free trial to evaluate it first, you can cancel in a couple of clicks, and if a charge ever looks wrong we’ll make it right.

1. Free trial

Hibr starts with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. The trial clock starts at your first recorded meeting, so you can take your time getting set up. The trial lets you evaluate the full product before you decide to subscribe.

2. Beta period

During the current beta period, Hibr is free for everyone, with no card needed. You won’t be charged while the beta is running.

3. Subscription & renewals

After the trial, Hibr Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page (currently $15 / month, tax included). It renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record and issues your receipts.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — you won’t be charged again — and you keep access to Hibr Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us at contact@hibr.tech and we’ll take care of it.

5. Refunds

Because every subscription begins with a free trial, you can fully evaluate Hibr before any money changes hands. If you’re charged and something isn’t right — a charge you didn’t expect, a technical problem that stopped you using Hibr, or an accidental renewal — email contact@hibr.tech within 14 days of the charge. We’ll review it and, where appropriate, arrange a refund with Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

6. Tax

Prices are shown with tax included. Tax is collected and remitted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, as part of your purchase.
